We operate in dynamic mountain environments, and trips run in a wide range of conditions. Light to moderate rain, wind or variable weather will not result in cancellation. Come prepared for all conditions, including sun, rain, wind and the potential for snow at higher elevations.
In cases of severe or unsafe weather, your guide may adjust the itinerary, timing or route at their discretion to ensure safety and maintain a high-quality experience.
If You Cancel
15 days or more before your trip: no charge, and a full refund is issued.
14 to 8 days before your trip: 50 percent of the total trip cost is charged.
7 days or less before your trip: 100 percent of the total trip cost is charged.
Exceptions for extreme or unforeseen circumstances may be considered at our discretion.
Payment
Reservations are finalized and payment is collected during the week of the tour.
If We Cancel
If we cancel a trip for any reason, you receive a 100 percent refund of all payments made.
When possible, we also offer to reschedule the trip based on your availability and suitable conditions.
Risk and Responsibility
Outdoor activities carry inherent risks. Biking, hiking and exploring the outdoors come with unavoidable hazards, including physical fatigue, unpredictable weather, rough terrain, falls, equipment issues and encounters with local wildlife such as bears or moose.
You are participating voluntarily. By joining our tour, you confirm that you and any minors in your care are physically ready for the activity and choose to participate with full knowledge of these risks.
You agree to take full responsibility for your own safety, your personal belongings, and any risks or injuries that may occur during the activity.
We love sharing memories from our trips. We may use photos or videos taken during the tour for marketing. If you would prefer not to be featured, just let our team know.
